We had a mix of experiences at this hotel. While the property itself is quite beautiful with a lovely pool and beach, the service and some amenities fell short. The kids' club is exceptional and truly stands out for family-friendly fun. I recently stayed at this resort during the holiday season, and overall, it was a really lovely experience. The adults only section was definitely a highlight with its own restaurant and ample seating by the pool. However, I did have a negative experience with the manager in the shop, which was disappointing. Overall, it's a great resort for the price, especially if you want a relaxing getaway in nature.
